| I live about 80 miles north of Fort Worth and have for many years been caring for my sister and brother-in-law who lived in that city until the end of January 2004 when it became necessary for them to move into a Nursing Home. One of their former neighbors responded to my need for a knowledgeable Realtor and recommended June Wilson with Keller Williams Realty. June was very pleasant to deal with and impressed me with the research she had done to prepare for our first meeting during the later part of February....There was a lot to be done before the house could be put on the market but I was pleased with the information I had been given so during that meeting I signed a contract giving Keller Williams Realty the exclusive right to sell the property beginning March 13, 2004. We were able to advance the effective date to March 10 and by March 17 June had an offer that led to a valid contract for sale of the house. The sale was closed on April 2, 2004. It is obvious to me that June had been working on this sale from the day we first met. I certainly appreciate all of June's efforts on my behalf. She kept me informed every step of the way and made a trip to my home to deliver the offer in lieu of me having to go to Fort Worth. During that visit, with June serving as an independent mediator/facilitator, the prospective buyer and I reached agreement on the sale price. During the following week June was also kind enough to make a special visit to open the house to permit the recipient of donated items (stored in the house) to retrieve them. It has been a pleasure dealing with June Wilson.
